This is where we had one of our first dates. It was fun to go back when it wasn't snowed over ;) We love to be outdoors together. The earth is evidence that God exists!

FlYiNg aRouNd (Fall 2010)

Scotty got a flying class certificate for his graduation from Melissa (his sister), so we finally had the chance to go fly in October. It was so neat to watch Scotty "behind the wheel."

Our Place of Firsts

This little town home means a lot to us.  It is the first place we called home as newlyweds.  It is where we began our first memories together. Just after we had signed our rental agreement and began to move things in before we were married, I remember coming home from California to find our place furnished with a table, some plants that Scotty bought for us and camping chairs to sit on.  Sweet Scotty did all he could in the spare time he could that during those intern months to get our little place ready for us.  I loved that surprise! 

This is the place where we established our life as husband and wife.  It is also the first home we brought Anika to when she was born.  I include all these photos mostly so we can tell our kids about it and so that we can remember the place we first called home. :)
